  I placed an order for a party. Got the email confirmation and the charge was reflected on my credit card. Later in the day when I tried to add more items to my order I couldn’t because the store was closed. After talking to AI over chat, an automated phone messaging system and a human representative. The only thing I got from the human was what I knew before speaking to them, the store was closed and the condescending “I understand”. Chipotle you can’t allow your sus team to place an order if your store is not open and if it’s an emergency the least you can do is the let the customer know. As others have said this location has gone downhill and not even the automations work as expected. Be aware if you make an order even if you get confirmation and a charge they might not even be open that day. Their store hours seems random and not to mention the service in the shop.

  My go to place at noon. But I have experienced a few times that the food was way too salty like today. The black beans were too salty!!! I am just surprised that they don’t have food quality control!

  Prob the worst chipotle I’ve been to and got rotten lettuce and the ingredients didn’t taste as fresh as other chipotles I’ve been to.

  I usually love Chipotle, but the customer service at this Sammamish location was completely unacceptable today. First, I ordered a chicken bowl and asked for the chicken on the side. When I asked for a little extra rice, the employee working the line gave me a look of pure annoyance and made weird faces at me, acting as if she was doing me some massive personal favor. She did the exact same thing when I asked for corn. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with that kind of attitude, especially considering Chipotle’s own CEO publicly stated on video that customers are welcome to ask for more food if they want it. Asking for extra rice and corn shouldn't come with a side of attitude. To make things worse, when I got to the register, another employee tried to overcharge me by ringing it up as a veggie bowl plus a side of chicken, rather than just a regular chicken bowl with the meat on the side. I actually had to stand there and argue basic menu logic just to avoid being overcharged. To the Store Manager: You need to look into the staff working the line and register today. The combination of terrible, unwelcoming customer service and trying to overcharge customers is ruining the reputation of this location. Management needs to step in, retrain this team on basic hospitality, and ensure they are aligned with corporate expectations.

  Come here every couple days, but will stop at another location on my way home. Seems whenever I say chicken or a serving of something, I continue to get “whatever is left in the bottom” versus an actual serving size. Today (6.11.26) called it for me. They gave me half a serving of chicken, I asked for more and the guy said he didn’t have any and pushed my bowl down the line. In addition to messing up the bowls. I would’ve been fine waiting for more. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but no one there wears name tags.
