  You got my on-line order at 2:55pm! You said it would be ready at 3:09pm! We walked in at 2:58 (ordered from the parking lot as the drivethru was stacked up nearly to the street). At 3:21pm I ask about my order and was told “we’re probably working on it”. I showed him the email below and was greeted with a smirk and a back as he walked away! Order was placed in the pickup area at 3:25pm! First and LAST visit to this location. In the event you check your emails like you serve your customers, you’ll be able to find this on Google Maps and as many other review sites as possible.

  Slow and apathetic is not a great way to go through life Whoever owns this place needs to re-staff it immediately, even if it means closing down for a few days 45 minutes in the drive-through is a bit too long don’t you think?

  Overpriced compared to other Taco Bell. There are order Taco Bell justa few movies away for correctly priced food. Or go to in n out. Food and service and staff keeps changing often.

  Having to use a kiosk to order your food is ridiculous. The next time I go here I will go through the drive-through line order my food, not on a kiosk, but face-to-face and then come inside and eat it. The staff seemed very friendly, especially the assistant manager, but corporate rules that require the use of a kiosk are ridiculous and if they want elderly people to be able to utilize Taco Bell coming inside and sitting down on a long trip, they are going to lose customers. Also drive thru gets priority even though my order was finally placed. It took 24 minutes for me to receive my order as cars keep going through drive-thru. Once again great staff but poor design for service.

  This Taco Bell in Ridgefield, WA, is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. My family and I rarely eat fast food, so we’ve only been here a few times, but each visit has been a disaster. We ordered over $50 worth of food for the family and had to return it to the store because they wouldn’t answer the phone. We had to drive back to retrieve the items from the bag and open the food on the counter to show them what was missing. They had run out of specific wrapping for different burritos and had to use the same ones, which is why we had to unwrap the food. After unwrapping the food on the front counter, we asked them to replace the entire order so we could go home and have hot, fresh food instead of a soggy Mexican pizza and soggy, cheesy fiesta potatoes. They refused to remake the order. All the burritos were slapped together, and my spicy chicken nuggets were rock hard and probably re-cooked multiple times to keep warm before purchasing.
