  I have given this store multiple chances to serve fresh bread. I ordered another sandwhich today and put in the special instructions to “please use fresh bread”. An employee even called to make sure of what I was asking. Told him I have been served stale bread the last few times and he assured me he would use the freshest bread he has. Got back to the office and the bread was stale AGAIN! Very disappointing. I will never go back again!!!

  Out of turkey, out of provolone!! They called me about my order 20 min before pickup. I dont have time to go somewhere else so I said to make them ham. When I got there, no price adjustment for a cheaper sandwich, I had to ask. Then they had to call someone on the phone to make it happen. Employees in the store were great, not their fault. Probably will never return!

  The food was OK, and the server was nice, however, he dropped the tongs used to get the cookies and picked them up and stuck them back in to grab all the cookies. That’s disgusting! They definitely need an inspection from the health department! 2 people behind us saw what happened and left without ordering as cleanliness is definitely an issue here.

  Subway is one of my favorite restaurants! I always get great food and good customer service!
