  Ordered drive through about 8:30 at night for the family after a long day. Ordered 40 nuggets plus additional things. Seemed like they offloaded old nuggets, they were all stale, hard but not crispy. Chicken was rubbery. Threw them in the trash and had cup of noodles instead which is seriously saying something. Im under no misunderstanding about how good or bad the food is for you, but at least it’s usually edible and if it’s fresh it’s at least tasty enough for an easy meal. I don’t think we will go back to this location, rather wait an hour for in-n-out or go down to woodland

  I ordered a small fry for myself and I got a bag of fries with 4 fries in it. it was a complete joke not to mention I payed full price. This has happened various times at this location and I won’t be coming back even though I live right next to it. Do better McDonalds.

  There was a lady there that had horrible customer service, you can tell she hates her job we’re not from Here but I would never stop by again, I understand someone can be having a bad day but her customer service was extremely rude.

  garbage service, garbage employees. Every time I come here to pick up a delivery order, they don't respect my time. This last time, I was standing there at the counter while the teenage blonde worker gossiped with her friends, and the other teenage workers just walk on by without helping me get the order. So I was forced to cancel the order. And then after hours, you are forced to stand in a dark, unsafe jail cell-type room and wait for the order like a prisoner. I am going to avoid delivery orders here from now on. Atrocious awful service!!!

  We know things will get better, but after the 7th time of a wrong order, I want management to know that there is a problem. We always order 2 plain cheeseburgers (no mustard, no onions, no pickles, no salt). The number of times that has been no cheese on a cheeseburger is really unfortunate. Any other Mickey D's gets the order correct. If I am going to McDonalds, I am in a rush and already feeling guilty about feeding my kids junk. It makes the situation harder when we have to go back or if we have to add our own cheese, etc... Again, I know things will get better, but wanted to share my experience because it's not just one off, it's systematic. I will update my review once things get better! Thank you!
