Since then they have laid off all those people and the food quality and the professionalism has gone up quite a bit. I actually like this establishment now. The food is good and the service is fast.
- MCMichael ClairJul 30, 20261.0I had the biggest chunk of plastic in my food and noticed it after I felt like I had ingested some, and the bit I had actually eaten had scratched up my throat, makes me never want to eat at Chipotle ever again and they were always my go to fast food. Let them know and they gave a refund and said I would hear back from corporate and had even given them the plastic that was in my bowl which I was told would be sent to corporate and they would follow up with me. Have not heard a single word from them. Beyond disappointed. Never eating there again.

The service was great and normal sized scoops for everyone in line. Really glad I made this stop and 0 complaints. I needed a water cup and another member helped me out without me waiting for the cashier. Very happy.
