  Wow just wow. We arrived to gentleman waiting to order and cars in drive thru. We waited over 15 mins to be acknowledge because the manager decided to have a staff meeting...needless to say he was more concerned about employees calling in and claiming he has life too. Which is fair but you don't have these meeting in front of customers. One employee says he didn't know anything the stealing. This isn't the place or time to hold a meeting. I know because I use to work in customer service. This was the worse service I have ever had at this location. Meanwhile delivery pickup orders are coming thru. They start making those sandwiches first. Then ask me what I wanted and started making it then proceeded to make other sandwiches without asking my husband what he wanted. I had to say umm he wants a sandwich too...this was the manager supposedly helping us. 30 mins later we finally had our sandwiches. Both my husband and I decided we won't be back there again. We had been going to this Subway since it opened years and years ago.

  Ordered through the app. The ticket at the store prints exactly what to put on. They forgot the tomatoes, green peppers, and to toast it! Drove back down there to get it remade and the assistant manager wouldn't even give me a free coke for my trouble.

  Food is good but customer service can use some help. I went through the drive thru and placed my order, once the order was completed the lead tells me I should come inside next time or call ahead for a large order. I ordered 4 subs all the same way. So whats the point of a drive thru if I have to call ahead or go inside.

  This Subway has a drive-thru window at this location. We only get Subway when their subs are on sale anymore because they are overpriced. A meatball footlong sub used to be 5 dollars and now it's almost 10 bucks for that same sub! We used a on line coupon for (2) 6 inch subs for 6 dollars on this visit . Even though we ordered through the app they didn't make our sandwiches until we arrived almost 15 minutes after placing the order. My sub was correct the way I ordered it, however, my fiancée's order was not.
