  I’m a regular customer, go there about twice a week I would say but I will no longer be going back. I went in to purchase some items in the morning and was stared down by the ringer at the check lanes, her name is Kim, when I came back to grab pokemon cards for my kids birthday because my husband said there was some I apparently grabbed too many and was attacked like I was a thief by “manager” jasmine she took away the extras that I had cause apparently there was a limit and with a ugly tone kept saying how I had already came in a took some, Kim then said she saw me take some but never saw me buy anything which is a lie, then when asked for the general manager I was ignored multiple times until I went up to the customer service desk and was finally given answers. As a black women im disgusted on how I was treated off the bat, with such threatening manners. I’ve been in retail for 12 years and I know what you’re supposed to do and how you’re supposed to act and they did a terrible job.

  It was our first visit while traveling, and the store has everything you need for a quick bite. Good customer service and a convenient stop along the way.

  Will not go back ever. Had a cart full of groceries and went to check out. No clerks to check your items out. Saw a clerk and ask if someone could open a register. They said no and told me to go to self check out. Left the cart full of groceries and told them they could go restock all the items I was going to purchase. Very ride staff. Looks like management is doing a very poor job.

  I had a wonderful experience with the team at Safeway and wanted to recognize their kindness and excellent customer service. When the store was unable to accommodate the advertised sale price on the eggs I had originally selected, the employees took the time to listen to my concerns and worked hard to find an alternative option that still helped me stay within my budget. As someone who is the sole provider for my household, every dollar matters. With the current economic uncertainties and the financial pressures many working families are facing, being able to purchase nutritious food at an affordable price is incredibly important to me. The staff showed genuine empathy and understanding rather than dismissing my concerns. Their willingness to help made a meaningful difference for my family. It reminded me that compassionate customer service still exists and that small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on people who are carefully balancing household expenses. I truly appreciate the employees who took the extra time to help ensure that I could continue providing healthy food for my family. Thank you, Safeway, for employing team members Chance and Sarah, who treat customers with dignity, understanding, and care.
