I tried to place a pickup order through THREE different sources — the Five Guys website, the Five Guys app, and DoorDash — and somehow none of them worked. At this point, ordering a burger shouldn’t feel like trying to launch a satellite. I wasted my time going back and forth between three different platforms, only to end up with no pickup order whatsoever. If you offer pickup, it should actually be possible to pick up food. Having three different ordering options that all fail is honestly impressive in the worst possible way. Five Guys: maybe fix the ordering system before making people pay $15+ for a burger and fries. I gave up and went somewhere else.
