  everything is great, they always give good portions WAY better than the one in kennewick. i love chipotle everytime i go here my day is just better. people need to understand that if it’s busy then you’ll have to wait longer but so what?

  Great food and a solid selection of fresh ingredients, but my order was mixed up a bit and took longer than expected to get fixed. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience better despite the hiccup. Overall, I’d come back, but I hope for a smoother visit next time.

  The food here is fresh and tasty, and I love the variety of toppings available for my burrito. However, the service can be a bit inconsistent; I've had to wait longer than expected during busy times. Overall, a solid spot for a quick meal, but it could use some improvement in staff efficiency.

  Food was good, but when we got there like 6-7 employees doing nothing and the tables, drinks area and floor very dirty. While we were eating 3 employees passed by the dirty tables and no one cared to clean the dirty areas.

  This location is the worst location in tri cities for online orders. The Richland location is the nearest chipotle to my house & it sucks how every time I order from here the portions are so inconsistent & small. Yes I know ordering online is common for them to skimp on portions but this location takes it to the extreme. Over the last week I ordered a bowl from the Richland location with extra everything + paid for double chicken. I also ordered from the pasco location & selected normal portions for everything no extra. The pasco location had way more food & I didn’t even need to pay extra. The Richland location (bowl with lettuce) I know it looks like I had already eaten from it, but no that’s literally how a $15 bowl looked after I took the lid off. I didn’t even eat it because of how frustrated I was. I gave this location so many chances even after I said I’d never order from here again.
