This has literally never happened to me before. I’m genuinely shocked that someone would miss something as important as protein in a Chipotle bowl.

- SGSammy GarciaSep 3, 20261.0Everytime for the past couple of months you cannot order anything you want even more than an hour before close, I work in food and to run out and refuse to make more of an item when it’s still listed on your menu and order able an hour before close is genuinely egregious. This happened so much they need to fix it. And then they expect us the customer to have to go through the app to refund it and can’t offer any help on how to get that done, just a terrible experience everytime here.
