- EIEmma IimMay 13, 20261.0I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the self-checkout today, Wednesday, May 13th, around 11:30 AM. I was trying to purchase 4 ears of corn (on sale for $5), but since there were multiple options on the screen (Yellow, White, etc.) I wasn’t completely sure which one to select, so I politely asked the self-checkout employee for help. I said, “Sorry, I’m not sure which corn this is,” and she responded, “I don’t know either. Just pick anything.” Her tone was very rude and dismissive. I was uncomfortable and ended up selecting yellow corn based on my own guess, while she simply walked away. I only asked because I wanted to make sure I was choosing the correct item. If employees are there to assist customers, they should at least be courteous and willing to help. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left me with a very negative impression.

Bad attitude, argumentative, and permanent frown on her face. She either needs to be let go or retrained. The overall experience because of one person was unwelcome and unfair. I asked another employee who came up to help and she said this lady has gotten multiple complaints so it's good to know it's not just me. You would think if they had this many complaints they would do something about it.
