I walked in to 4 people behind the counter all talking to one another in spanish. I walked up to the person behind the register and started to order. Not a single person behind the counter could speak a lick of English.. I went from one to the next to the next and they all could not understand me and just shook their heads. fter 5 minutes of standing there a Hispanic man walked out from the back, obviously was in the bathroom, whom was the manager. He was the only one that could speak English.and whom informed me that they didn't give out water for free... I honestly have no problem paying for water but my experience all together just prompted me to just leave and never come back. Oh and since when are you not allowed to leave your peanut shells on the ground anymore in Five Guy's? Ruined the whom idea of the place for me. Its really unfortunate.

- SPSarah PhillipsJul 15, 20262.0After reading the reviews it’s clear this store is incredibly inconsistent. I went on a Tuesday at 3:00pm, not busy AT ALL but somehow my food came out bad bad. My cheeseburger had great toppings, they never skimp. But the patty was soooo dry, there was no flavor to the meat & had it not been for the mayonnaise and mustard my burger would’ve been dry. They totally overcooked my burger, which is crazy because I was 1 of 2 people waiting on food compared to the 4 they had in the kitchen. One of the people cooking was the store manager even. Eek! The fries were unsalted, like in total only 12 grains of salt in the entire fry container. I added my own salt, but the fries were fresh hot when I added so it wasn’t the same. 25$ for a burger/ fry/ soda is a bit steep for inconsistent food.
