Yikes. Absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle. First off, no one was in line when we got there. There were four people working at the front - they all seemed very young, likely teenagers. None of them except one was able to communicate with us. The one who was initially helping us out and was effectively communicating started helping another customer so the next girl on the line started helping us. All we had asked for was for one of the burritos to get wrapped like normal and then cut into thirds. The girl wrapping the burrito did not understand what we wanted. The cashier was trying to explain it, the girl was not understanding, and they went back and forth for A WHILE. They were trying to communicate for about 5 minutes and a long line was building up behind us as a result of it. At one point, the girl on the line thought we just wanted a plastic knife and tried to put that in our to go bag. Then, after a considerable length of time, she seemed to understand and took our burrito to the back for some reason and came back with it.... In a bowl without the foil?? We said this is not what we wanted. We just wanted it wrapped in foil and cut! So they say no worries we'll remake it for you. So we get back in the line. It has been 10 minutes at this point and a huge line has formed behind us (again, no one was in line when we got there). And at the same spot, the same girl was trying to help us with the wrapping of the burrito. This time, she wrapped it in foil and then took it to the back once again because apparently there were no usable knives on the line? Then she brought it out in a burrito bowl again! It was covered but she said she cut it so we're like okay whatever, this works. Then we get home to find out she literally took the foil OFF the burrito and put it in the bowl exactly like she did the first time.
Listen, burrito wrappings are not the world's biggest issues, but I was asking for that for a specific reason related to food triggers and binge eating. So having this incredibly frustrating experience for what I consider to be a very simple ask was just too much. Being able to communicate with your customers needs to be the number one priority when staffing the front lines. I don't understand what this Chipotle chain is doing. We used to come here pretty frequently but that will no longer be happening.
There was another guy who was having an issue with his meal as well. He had paid for his meal and came back with his receipt and said he was charged for the wrong meal. We heard him say that he got a barbacoa bowl, and the cashier kept saying "chicken bowl?" And he kept saying "no.... Barbacoa bowl" and when the cashier finally checked him out, he looked at his receipt and told them that they had charged him for TWO CHICKEN BOWLS when he only bought ONE BARBACOA BOWL. We left before we could hear the end of that resolution.
In conclusion, what should have been a 3 minute interaction ended up being over 20 minutes with lots of frustration and misunderstandings and not worth the food we got in the end. Don't waste your time here and go literally anywhere else. Don't reward a manager and owner who hire people who literally can't communicate with their customers, hire people who can't problem solve the most basic of tasks, and who haven't trained their employees (either properly or at all) before making them work on their own.

The manager here during the days (they are a lady, have glasses and a horrible attitude,) is genuinely the worst. I can tell some of the other employees actually try to help and want to do good for the customers, but this manager, man. She will work on the line, not listen to you, not acknowledge you said something, mess up your order, and almost straight up ignore you. She is so lazy too. Literally gave me and my girlfriend the cheese crumbs at the bottom of the metal bin instead of refilling it. THE CHEESE YALL. THE THING YOU DUMP A BAG INTO.
Not only that, but she doesn't even try to keep the resturant clean. That lobby is a mess every, damn, time, she is on shift.
