- ARAbbigail Randall4 days ago5.0My family & I live between this Chick-fil-A and another location. We are actually slightly closer to the other location BUT we choose to come to this one! This one is amazing. They always have fresh flowers on the table, it’s clean, they have sticky placemats for babies, they participate in / host community events, and the employees and owner are very kind. I’ve eaten here many times with my young children and the employees are always so polite and helpful - helping grab a high chair, taking our trash, etc. 5/5 stars!

However, I encountered a woman named Ruby who was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. It was very unexpected and put a damper on what would have been a great visit. I'll be back for the food and service from Noelle, but I hope the management addresses the customer service from other staff.

From the minute you pull up they employ 2 lanes w/as many employees manned for each lane. Even if both lanes have long lines, they manage to get you thru quickly. The other chain that actually invented the term fast food, need to go to Chick-fil-A University. I quit them as they abandoned doing ANYTHING fast. I say Chick-fil-A All The Way! Plus the portions are enormous and they taste phenomenal. I can't speak for the atmosphere as I haven't been inside. Sorry.

This was my second visit in two days, and the contrast was shocking. The day before, I ordered a Deluxe sandwich and politely asked for cream on the side for my certified service animal (I have a documented disability). It was provided with no problem. On this visit, we again requested cream on the side after ordering. Supervisor Eliana responded very rudely and dismissively, saying “It’s not our policy” in a hostile tone that made both me and my friend feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Another team member (a lady) eventually brought our food, but no apology was ever given by Eliana or any manager on duty. In contrast, team member Erick was friendly and professional. As an African American businessman from Alaska (owner of RideSafe Chauffeur Services LLC) who travels extensively with my service dog, I’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A locations across Chicago, Wisconsin, Idaho, and Washington state. This is the only location where I’ve encountered behavior that felt discriminatory. A simple side of cream for a service animal should never be met with rudeness from a supervisor. Very disappointed in the lack of basic courtesy and ADA awareness at this store. Chick-fil-A’s reputation for excellent service did not hold up here.
