Get a little bit of everything. 3 Pork Ribs, Brisket, 1/4 Chicken (white or dark), Chopped Pork and your choice of 2 sides. Please note that we may, on occasion, be sold out of one of the meats in the platter, if this is the case we will substitute it for extra of the other meat (s).
