Maybe due to spilled icecream not being cleaned well. Also ive noticed the last couple times that they put the scrap icecream back into the bins after making their cakes. Im all about minimizing waste but for the price you're paying you'd expect to get fresh unfondled ice cream. You can tell which icecream has been recycled because it looks melted and not as fresh as the clean scoops im used to recieving. Had to pass today because most of their popular flavors looked half melted and unappealing. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? I could be wrong but I swear I read online that BR had a policy about refreezing left overs.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
