  Staff is super friendly, but every time i order a paid sauce (ranch, nacho, etc) it's not included. Food is good but sad because nothing to dip it in. My most recent visit they noted they were out of ranch and offered to replace it with bell sauce, awesome! There was no bell sauce tho so.. i think they immediately forgot. They also forgot my fiesta potatoes.. In the store's defense, they're probably hella understaffed and overworked. More of a management/corporate issue. Shoutout to the workers tho!

  Ive never left a bad review before, but this is a bad review. I ordered three burritos grilled with added steak. They barely grilled and had no steak added. I showed how they had no steak and the employee argued and argued despite clearly seeing the steak-less burritos. I was eventually given one scoop of steak in a cup which i basically had to beg for.

  I’m no stranger to Taco Bell, I’ve been eating it my whole life. But this is my second time having Taco Bell in WA state, and the first at this location. I’m a 36 y/o with gerd. I know what I’m signing up for when I pull up to the drive thru. After working three 12hr shifts in a row, all I wanted was the familiar comfort of a Crunchwrap supreme, and a cheesy Gordita crunch. What makes both these things great in my opinion is the crunch factor. I pulled these items out of the bag and my muscle memory knew I was in for total disappointment. Food was as floppy as a pancake, and the lettuce and tomatoes that usually add a hint of freshness looked and tasted like they have been microwaved yesterday and left to soak in the juices overnight. The wasted calories and lack of oral gratification make my heart sad. No complaints about the customer service.

  I got a breakfast steak & egg burrito, and it was very disappointing. It tasted like it was microwaved and served to me from the previous day. I also got a hash brown that was hard as a rock and coffee that tasted like tar. Save your money$$

  This is one of the worst Taco Bell places I’ve been to in my life.. the food was cold and disgusting. Im actually in so much shock how you guys have the audacity to charge people 20+ for 2 tacos ?? The food is cold and disgusting. The other restaurant that was here Dairy Queen was much better than this bs. You’re taking people’s paycheck for this bs? I never write bad reviews but this Taco Bell it’s disgusting. It’s not the employees fault but the company and how they package this shit. This place will shutdown definitely, hazard.
