  How long does it take to serve four customers? At this McDonald’s, more than 13 minutes. We know the food isn’t good, but it should at least be fast.

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever visited in my life! Will not go here, A person who can be crowned with the tag “the worst customer service provider” Please don’t go here, you would only get embarrassment :(

  I just had lunch here and it included a large ice tea. This is one of the locations that has unfortunately removed all their drink stations. After finishing my lunch I went up to the counter to ask about getting a refill of the tea since there was a lot of ice and not much drink. The employee at the front counter told me they no longer provide refills. I have never come across this as a regular McDonalds customer at many, many locations across different states. I was very suprised and disappointed that they wouldn't refill my ice tea which is mainly water and probably costs 5 cents. I'll get my lunch elsewhere from now on.

  Very slow service, would not recommend for picking up here for doordash and uber. Stood in lobby by counter for 10min and they don't even greet or anything just walk by doing everything else. Had they had the capability to speak to me when I was clearly waiting by counter they could've worked on my order sooner so that i can deliver it. No wonder that other viral video online went viral when the uber driver grab the order himself. Seems service is slowly becoming awful everywhere. Perhaps an English first language floor supervisor would help greatly. As much as I like diversity but it shouldn't compromise service. Re training is likely needed here.
