  The play area is always clean and well maintained. The smoothie machine was down but the staff made it a priority to get it cleaned and up and running for us. The young man who gave us our food was very polite

  Rudest people work here. Filipino lady manager talked crap about me going to drive thru to pickup order that was not even ready. Early Sunday morning not sure lobby hours since they had entire floor drenched wet maybe check yourself and your store first before you run your mouth.

  Never thought I would take the time to write a review about a McDonalds, but good lord. What a horribly managed location. The tables weren’t bussed, the cashier area was strew about with receipts and empty bags. Multiple garbage bins were completely full to the point of overflowing. The bathroom was a gross to the point my three year old saw the condition and said she didn’t want to pee anymore. 😂 Food was standard McDonald’s food and quality, so no complaints there. But they were out of Diet Coke, Sprite, chocolate milk, and of course the ice cream machine was broken. My kids had hoped for the advertised Super Mario Galaxy Toys but they were out. We ended up with leftover toys from three or four cycles ago. The employees are nice, but they are clearly overworked, understaffed, and beyond caring. Multiple employees had AirPods in one of their ears. They let some teens bring their e-bike into the restaurant and park it in the aisle. This isn’t an employee issue. This is a management issue. To be out of so many things and completely understaffed on a Saturday evening is evidence of a poorly managed McDonalds. In the future it is worth the extra trip to Bellevue to get a cleaner experience.

  Dude…. I order sweet tea from McDonald’s all the time sometimes only tea. And today is a first that i find fermenting sweetener in their tea. Old, outdated, expired artificial sweetener. This means they do not do proper cleaning or closing procedures at night or in the morning for their containers of tea. And i wouldn’t be surprised if procedures are not being done for the grill or the fryers because of the coloration this McDonald’s specifically has sometimes that i haven’t seen at any other location. This is no surprise though since this McDonald’s never gives sweet tea correctly and always will give you unsweet tea if you order sweet, and then if you ask to put some sweetener in the workers look at you like they have no idea what to do or what your talking about, even though its an item on the menu they never serve it properly or correctly. There should be a serious health service inspection here and not just a casual check in visit, pop open those fryers, open some vents, open the lids to their drink machines and i swear you will find 8 year old grime and black substances because they DO NOT clean here, check the details cause this McDonald’s is serving unclean, out dated, mislabeled, uncooked, unmade, unclean products. Never order the tea THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR MACHINES!!!!!!

  Worst location I’ve ever been to. My burger was smaller than it normally is and thrown together. Nuggets dry and old. Restaurant truly filthy - food all over the tables and floor. You could see food all over the floor in the back. Ketchup dispenser empty and couldnt get ketchup. The staff was rushing around stressed and ignored me when I went up front to ask for ketchup. I eventually was able to flag them down for some packets while they complained about customers. I will not be returning to this location.
