- MPMahendran PJul 11, 20261.0I’ve visited this Jamba Juice location many times, and my experience has been consistently disappointing. The biggest issue is that they almost never have the Orange Carrot Juice available. Out of roughly 100 visits, I’ve only been able to order it about 20 times. The other 80 times, it has been unavailable, which is extremely frustrating when it’s the main reason I visit. The customer service is also well below expectations. On many visits, the staff don’t acknowledge customers when they walk in. Instead of greeting you or letting you know they’ll be with you shortly, you’re left standing at the counter waiting for someone to speak to you. A simple acknowledgment would go a long way, but it often doesn’t happen. I understand that inventory issues can occur occasionally, but when a popular menu item is unavailable most of the time, it points to a recurring operational problem. Combined with the lack of customer service, this has made my experiences at this location consistently poor. I hope management addresses both the inventory and customer service issues, as this location has a lot of room for improvement.

We’ve spent the rest of the day feeling awful, pretty sure we got a stomach bug from whatever was in those drinks. Our whole weekend is now ruined. To make it worse, the place wasn’t even clean to begin with, which says a lot. Won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
