  Food is always great but the customer service is horrible at this location at least in the afternoon (4pm to close) the manger on duty most days that i come here has no since of attention it seems when it comes to customers. The employee are not that friendly beside the lady with the red hair. She super nice and welcoming!

  Do you ever avoid writing a review because you're too busy with your daily chores? Well when you get to this location, you'll have more than ample time to prepare while you wait up to 30 minutes extra standing in the quick service line or the mobile order line. Around 2020 Chipotle locations everywhere like this one changed drastically, creating a whole second assembly line for mobile orders. This location however, is plagued by being violently slow when using either option. Your only hope to not spend half an hour waiting for your food here is to order it for a certain time and show up half an hour after the time it's supposed to be prepared. Hopefully one of the other 10 people in line doesn't get frustrated and take your food before you get there.

  I asked for a bowl then I get the rice then I ask for steak at they give me like 7 pieces then I ask for a little more and they give me 2 more. Then I ask for queso and they give me a half scoop after that I ask for a little sour cream and the I get a huge scoop I think if you ask for queso then sour cream they should give you a equal amount

  This place has 6 employees in the back doing mobile orders and one employee in the front doing walk-in orders. Even with all those employees in the back, they bring out 2 bags of food every 10-15minutes while 23 (my kid counted the customers) are waiting for this one guy to make the orders and charge the customers. Oh, and 20 minutes ago, one of the employees (female type) was sitting eating her food watching this go down, and did nothing. Another female wearing sunglasses, tried to help, but at one point is seen walking out with food and left the one male employee to deal with the 20 plus customers. This place has an "Ok" rating for food safety, which is one step above bad. They should have a worse rating for customer service. I pray another Chipotle opens up near by soon!!

  Small portions and a lot of people behind the counter but none spoke English. I couldn't get them to understand I was ordering off the kids menu so they gave me the wrong stuff and then ended up over charging me $15.
