  Its a Chipotle its not gonna be amazing. Bur for a Chipotle I am always pleasantly surprised. They are decently friendly and keep the line moving so youre not there forever. A couple times they even gave us samples. Definitely a good one.

  Not sure what they’re trying to do here. Can’t order a quesadilla unless it’s a mobile order? I download the app and order a quesadilla. I go to the restaurant and wait for my food to be placed on the mobile order pickup shelf. I’m waiting 10 minutes past the estimated completion time when 2 people walk in right in front of me. An employee asks what they ordered and I’m sitting there like I’ve been here for 10 minutes and no one asked me anything?? He gets both of them their food from behind the counter??? So I obviously ask hey is my food ready? And they grab it from behind the counter. I ask them like yo am I supposed to ask for my mobile order even though there’s a specific shelf? And the guy goes well it depends… LIKE WHAT?!?! DEPENDS ON WHAT?!? How the FREAK am I supposed to know you’re keeping my order behind the counter and not and the LABELED “MOBILE ORDER PICKUP” shelf??? I could’ve been sitting there for an hour bro just put the bag on the shelf 😭

  Crazy experience today. Waited about 20 minutes today to get up to the counter and all protein beyond sofritas and barbacoa were gone. When I asked if any other proteins would be available soon they had no information (even though they were cooking items). I was told while the employee at the line was giggling that a huge catering order wiped everything out and if I really want chipotle I could wait and see or go to another location. No communication to the large line letting us know what’s available. This experience isn’t new for this location either.

  Went in around 11:20am today, not too busy. Food is good per usual(outside of the chips which were stale enough that i assume they were from the day prior and not salted), but no vinaigrette available as they “haven’t made any yet” and none of the speciality drinks available as well for the same reason. Disappointing to see nearly an hour after they open.

  I ordered a bowl with steak, rice and beans. I watched the female employee literally give me a half scoop of rice and beans, then give my boyfriend two huge scoops of each. I don’t know if it’s a gendered thing for her but it was weird. She got upset when I asked for a little more, and then acted like I was insane for not wanting the bottom of the steak on the pan when I literally saw the other employee putting up fresh steak. I stopped coming here for so long because of this exact reason. I thought it changed but it didn’t. I work in food service and it’s not hard to provide the bare minimum. Maybe hire people who wanna do their job and don’t see it as a chore.
