  I just wanted to share some feedback about a recent order. I’ve been a regular customer and usually pay with a card, but this time the system defaulted to cash before I had my new card available. I offered to pay by check and provide ID, but it wasn’t accepted, which left me unable to complete the order. I completely understand having policies in place, but I wanted to express that as a repeat customer, it was a bit frustrating not to have any flexibility in that situation. I hope you might consider options for regular customers in cases like this moving forward.

  The staff is always fast and nice, but the ingredients just have gotten worse and worse. The cheese has a foul taste now - it’s a very low grade cheese. Little Caesars cheese is far superior and half the price. I doubt it’s the fault of this specific Pizza Hut, but the pizza definitely has gone downhill over the years and you can taste. We will just go to one of the local pizza places and pay more. It’s just not worth the savings anymore.
