  Ordered 2 drinks only, took them 24 minutes and still waiting (mobile order) Update, got my TWO drinks in the wrong size of course. 30 minutes later than expected time Do NOT come here expecting a good experience

  Honestly… I know it’s Sonic. Not expecting much but what an awful experience. Waited 20 minutes for our shakes after the waitress said that our ticket just got lost and our shakes were melted when they gave them to us. My husband saw people sitting around not even doing anything. Then we asked for a manager for and the girl with the pink hair seemed upset, sent the manager, manager said we could keep the shakes and gave us a coupon to remake our shakes. Girl with pink hair comes out and takes the shakes and the coupon… Manager went back in because apparently she said we could keep the coupon? Never came back with the coupon, so we left. Really ridiculous and petty, extremely disappointed and upset. I am usually very gracious, but this was dumb. Where is the human decency
