- VSV S-K4 days ago2.0So disappointed with service today. Definitely setting themselves up for success. Messy restroom with no paper towels. A store full of customers and a short amount of staff. The front end needs a lot of help. There is not enough staff, organization, or communication. A lack of management presence with nobody guiding customers or staff. Today the final straw was standing in line to pay for my groceries that had a light on and then the light being turned off nobody said anything to us. Nobody offered to help us in another line or said, sorry we're closing...such a bummer.

The thing is is that the customer service knows about it and they told me I had to stay there for a long time to get through the process of getting refund and it would take up to 10 days. They had no compassion and one card was for $100 and the other card was 60.00, they knew somebody tampered with the Apple gift cards and they still have them hanging so there’s still people they’re gonna go through this

Get here and was told they're out of fried chicken and it'd be a 40 minute wait because someone is on break. I asked if I could get the 7 o'clock deal on the Chinese food at 6:30, for the inconvenience. They said no. No apology or nothing. You know the fried chicken Monday is popular, why not do more to prevent this BS? Where's the customer service anymore?
