- HHhewi hewi6 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience with Safeway. We ordered a customized birthday cake and had the receipt as proof of the order. they told us they didn’t have the order, even after we showed them the receipt. This was especially upsetting because the customized cake was something special for my son’s birthday. He was very disappointed, and unfortunately, the situation really affected his special day. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I feel Safeway should take responsibility and do something to make this right. The order was taken by Gabrielle

When we showed up to pick it up, they informed us that the they didn’t have our order at all. That the person (Gabrielle) that took our order doesn’t work there. This is impossible as I had spoken to someone at the bakery front desk, now we have about 15 people at the birthday with no cake. The sad part is that I had even called back and spoke with Gabrielle the same day to clarify on the price. Woow very disappointed

Has its own bakery, deli, and take out food built into its produce.area along.with a Starbucks as well as well as 5 or 6 individual bathroom stall like rooms is a separate area that are always bright and clean . It has all the things a big modern grocery store should have along with its own pharmacy. I personally like the variety of things they offer.amd.the helpfull and friendly.staff.

- RVRosie VlzJul 29, 20261.0Today a BIG Negative Zero to Tayler the Person In Charge, not only is he RUDE, he IGNORES female customers. I arrived about 6:22pm and waiting for an employee at the service desk, a nearby cashier says ' someone is coming soon. Another customer is nearby and Tayler walks over with cans of baby formula, doesn't acknowledge me or says he's helping the other customer, who is another man who IGNORES me and doesn't say excuse me or anything. So is this how Safeway male employees are to female customers? This guy Tayler is. Hopefully next time I'll actually receive CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK.
