I still can not believe that Kailee has a job?!(not sure on the spelling, but she has colored hair, always in a visor and only works the register). I saw her, out of uniform on the line, while customers are trying to order and they had 4-6 Uber orders to do. She was cursing and complaining to a worker about her living situation? Having to pay rent? Reading a long conversation to the worker, distracting and slowing her down. All the while other workers have to raise their voice to talk to the customers in line and at the register. I have seen and heard her complete disrespectful attitude to customers by cussing and distracting employees many many times. Management has been told many times and for some reason they do not care at all. She is rude and disrespectful to customers by being completely unprofessional while on and especially off the clock. Fire her! She doesn't deserve to work there. If you are upper management and would like to talk to me further, please reach out.
