  There was no wait on a Sunday which had me worried but it was nice to walk in and get seated right awa. I have the coffee and it was very strong. I had to use two sugars and two creamers but it was okay. I felt like the refills didn't come soon enough and it was reealllllly warm in there so I didn't get to finish my second cup of coffee cuz it was too hot. I was frustrated that when I got my coffee I didn't get an extra spoon so I can stir my coffee. I got the sausage omelette and gluten-free toast. The toast was more of a bun which was good if I wanted a sandwich. But I really wanted a little sweet bread with my breakfast and it was very savory but good and the option was there. I didn't ask if they had anything else gluten free but I would go back because my arm was good. The first thing I came with had a bloody Mary and biscuits and gravy. They seem to like the biscuits and gravy because they made no comments on it but said that the bloody Mary was not tomato enough. They did end up adding tapatio and salt and I guess that made it better. Katie was our server and she was very attentive and nice. She did not come over too much but it was the right amount. I appreciate when they don't come over right when I'm taking a big old bite of anything service was quick. My food was good. I wish my breakfast potatoes were crispier and had more onions

  Service was great, food was simple and well prepared. Coffee was very good, nice and strong. I was grossed out by a toddler licking the salt and pepper shakers at a neighboring table. Especially since the mom just put them back and didn’t say anything. Makes me think twice about using them anywhere. The restaurant was incredibly dark. It was a sunny day, they have sky lights but the lighting was so dark it was hard to read the menu. And no, I’m not old LOL The bathrooms were dirty. Might’ve been a busy morning but they were dirty enough for me to not use them.

  The breakfast was good and the service was even better (excellent). We, my wife (AKA: “The War Department”) and I really liked the atmosphere at the Puyallup restaurant. I guess we’re going to have to come back for lunch and perhaps dinner.

  Got a to go order today. First time dining from here. Great food! Good portions! I honestly wish I'd eaten at the restaurant because when I went to pick up the food I saw that the atmosphere inside the restaurant was awesome. The servers were super friendly. And I know what a toll To-Go orders take on a restaurant, so I felt bad. The in-house experience is almost always better anywhere you go. And this particular restaurant seemed to be busy for a Sunday morning, but not so full I couldn't have sat down right away. I ordered eggs Benedict. Not everywhere offers it because poached eggs are kind of a specialty. They did them perfectly. Everything tasted so good and that was 20 minutes after picking it up from the restaurant, so that's a huge plus right there. Didn't need to put anything in the air fryer or the oven. Hot, fresh and tasty. :) I'm so glad I found an authentic local restaurant still doing it the right way. I'll be back again to sit down and eat and experience the dine-in experience! Cheers! A+++

  Perfect breakfast diner, had all the usual items on the menu plus a delicious cinnamon roll! They make their chicken fried steak differently its like a battered crust.
