Woman with red/brown hair working the front counter stated "we don't have the order and it's not my problem" after the pickup order shows correct location and that payment went through. I've worked several different customer service jobs and I'm usually quite understanding but this was extremely disrespectful and it did not happen to just me, but also other guests in the lobby. Avoid this location at all costs.
