  The owner has to stop thinking for profit and figure it out before they lose all their customers. This is not the 1970's. Always an issue coming to this restaurant. Usually understaffed with trashcans overflowing, and managers complaining of low pay in the lobby. Building looks like it was built during WW2. Burritos are always out. No small McCafe drinks for 2 weeks. No parking spots at 4PM. Managers on their phones, taking on the phone. Got 4 items and the lady looked at me like she didnt want to be there anymore, she got a manager who looked 20, and was told I couldnt pay with $100 bill at this time. Store makes 200k per month and you dont have cash? Then I was told I had to wait 9 minutes on pies. 🤯🤯🤯🫩 Im guessing staff does not care anymore about this resturant because they get way paid less than the other mcdonalds in the area. Way less morale as well - no greetings, no hello. No idea why this has to go on the customers though, bad managment mindset to fail on executions because you got stuck at mcdonalds. Just drive 10 more minutes to another mcdonalds that is more funded and cleaner.

  Still the worse McDonalds around. Drive thru. Handed the employee my card as she stated the amount. I advised her the amount was incorrect. Starring at me like a deer in headlights she closed the window and disappeared with my card for 11 minutes. Upon return she handed me a receipt showing a refund for the incorrect about. So after I told her that was not my order and the amount was incorrect she closed the window got a "manager" and they processed to charge me the wrong amount. Despite KNOWING IT WAS WRONG! And McBot don't tell me to click in some link. The franchise owner doesn't care at all.

  My husband's favorite place. We go there every Tuesday after we pick n singing for the seniors

  Not a bad place, and food is exactly what it should be. I just hate ordering from kiosks. It won't be long before it's all automated.

  I’m a delivery driver and this location keeps closing out the order and not making it so everytime i come they have to refind the order in their system and then the order waits its turn to be made. Laughing and joking in back of house while making mistakes is a bad look. not that anyone in 2026 even care or is he even gonna say anything to their employees about this but you should.
