  Ordered on app for pickup around 10:45 at night. App said walk up to counter and my order will be ready. I get here at 11:00pm and the door is locked, even though the sign on the door says the lobby is open until midnight every night! A customer who was coming out let me in! The the night manager, a black lady, starts snapping at me about how they are closed, asking me how I got in! I told her, and again she said rudely "We're closed!". I asked her how I get my order and she said "through the drive thru"! Again I reminded her the sign on the door says the lobby is open until midnight 7 days a week! She then snapped at her employees to make my order. When it was finally done, she drops it on the counter, rudely tells me they're out of ranch dressing, the walls away! Didn't even ask if I would like a different sauce! The rudest employee, especially a manager, I have EVER seen at a McDonald's! Then as I'm walking to my car, I notice half the pickup lanes have employee cars in them, and hour before they're supposed to close! This lady needs a stern talking to about customer service!!!

  Two start because I got my food. Ordered two milkshakes with oreo "MIXED" in, got a lump of Oreo at the bottom of my cup with NO STRAWS!! I even talked to the manager in shift at 1201am 5-10-26. Also he put the McChicken in the same bag next to the milk shake and now it's cold!! No wonder this McDonald's has WAY MORE 1 STARS THAN ANYTHING ELSE!

  One of the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. It's right on my way for my commute and the 3 times I have gone the fries and patties are unseasonably. Not just no salt, but none of the signature beef seasoning. The soda is flat. All 3 times have been the same. Will not come back

  This location has been repeatedly disappointing and frustrating. Horrible wait times, bad food quality, and questionable item availability. Oh and they won't inform you if they're out of something, and they'll replace it with something you don't want without giving you a choice. This has happened multiple times, Canyon has been a wayyyy better experience than this poorly managed location.

  Twice now this McDonald's has been out of something and it was not marked in app, nor was anyone notified in either occasion. The first time I placed a delivery order through their app directly, the items they got wrong were a hot macchiato and two orders of apple slices. Hot drink came iced and not even full, apple slices were replaced with fries, no attempt to contact me to notify about the unavailable items (Apple slices) and was an overall waste of money and time. As of Today, a mobile pick up order was placed for the Rameyon fries and some other items. We did not receive the shaker fries and on going in to ask why, was only told then that they were unavailable. Why leave it available in app if you cant serve it, and why not tell me when you bring it out to the curbside? This McDonald's is ridiculous and not worth the money and time, you're better off headed to a different location either up on meridian near the safeway, or the one on canyon.
