  The guy hand out food tonight is not customer friendly and very standoffish we didn't get all are food and when asked if we could purchase the food there couldn't get and answer and just kept saying everything is correct. If you want a good McDonald's to go to take an extra couple minutes and drive to sumner instead

  Listen here Joey I had a long day yesterday and you made it worse by telling me a black woman that your not gonna serve me after I specifically pulled up to the third window waiting for MY FOOD BUD I really drove home crying. Shame on you the service is horrible.

  So I was at McDonalds and they told me to pull foward so I went to the next window and waited. Here comes a worker named Joey who was saying I need to pull up and it’s their policy and I was like honey I am pulled up and he was saying I’m going against their policy and it’s like Joey I’ve been served at this window and you say yall don’t serve at that window….. but you do. Joey, honey next time I ask for my 5 burgers can we just give me the burgers when I pull up to the window.

  This McDonalds is a last resort. My boyfriend and I were nothing but kind and he had a question for the worker at the ends and the worker SLAMMED the window in our face an walked away… my boyfriend simply thought he recognized him and wanted to ask about it. All he said was “question” and there wasn’t even a full second before that window was slammed.

  The restaurant is fairly new, there are a lot of people working there who do not seem to have any training in customer service. They are probably doing the best they can with little or no training. I have been there a few times and every time my order gets messed up with missing sauces that were ordered and not received, and missing straws or utensils for food that required a spoon like a hot fudge sundae. Wait times are long and if you decide to call them and let them know that things were missing you get pushback first because they didn’t listen to you when you said that the sweet n sour sauce that you asked for is not in the bag and the straws for your drink aren’t either. The tell you something about state law requires you to ask for sauce…. Yes that’s what I said the sauce I Asked For Is not in the Bag. I live close to this McDonald’s but I will drive farther to the downtown Puyallup’ McDonald that always gets my order right.
