  I’ve tried to give this McDonalds a chance and they just can’t seem to get it right. Food is always cold, they’ve been given the wrong food, the ice cream was melting due to the machine not working properly so my kids couldn’t even eat it - no offer of a refund or apologies when i said i couldn’t take melted ice cream into a car via the drive thru.

  Should have heeded the 2.5 rating of this place. Wish I could give it no stars. 7am on a Sunday, one other car in the drive thru. I didn't wait too long to place my order but when I said the combo number, the person didn't input it that way so I confirmed it with him that my meal would come with a hash brown and he said yes, so when I get up to the 2nd window (not the pay window where there is no signage to pull up so you have to sit there for a few minutes), the cashier seemed annoyed when I asked if my meal came with a hashbrown so she had to go ring it up. Honestly, it could have been annoyance at her coworker not taking my order properly. The food? Luke warm at best. I ate it because I was hungry but hopefully nothing bad happens to me. I came here because I wanted a McDonald's breakfast but now I'm wishing I went to the one in Sumner. That one is far better.

  New McDonald's, pretty same as all the bew or remodeled ones. They do have a person on the floor that does ask you if they can help you often. No left turn into parking lot if the main street which I found odd.

  I ordered a value meal, They were confused on what order I had asked if I had just a coffee I said no they said did you have the meal? I said yes they asked if I had a drink. I said yes and they asked me to pull up to the next window after handing me my food five cars behind me left and I got tired of waiting for my drink so I just left because there was nobody at the next window.
