  Waited half a hour because our ticket got lost only for them to put our pickup order on the wrong handoff which made my husband wait 15 minutes alone before he asked where it was. Also ran out of cheese so we paid extra for no reason at all

  I mean, sometimes you have to wait a little bit. But where don't you? They're very fast, very nice.And very accurate, considering the amount of business they do. I got the number 11. Turkey ham and cheese. The perfect sandwich to the perfect sunny day! I'm definitely coming back.

  Great customer service. My spouse asked me if I would stop here and grab a sandwich to bring home. I wasn't feeling well mentally. After I paid for my order I asked the person helping me if I could pay for the person's order behind me. They said are you sure, I said yes. Then they told me it was 8 sandwiches. I said then I have to pay. Then they said actually it's only two, I paid and waved at the people behind me as I pulled off. I felt a lot better and was happy to do something kind for someone when they didn't expect it.

  I went to JJ years ago back when they didn’t carry ranch for their sandwiches…didn’t buy again because I like ranch on my subs. Fast forward about 10 years, I decided to try JJ again because NOW they carry ranch, awesome. So I download the app they shoved in my face, ordered subs for the wife and I then drove to the location. Upon pulling up and parking because the app said it would notify me when our order was ready, I proceeded to waste 30min of my time before haggling the busy workers about why the parking lot is empty and 2 subs aren’t ready yet…turns out they were ready, our subs and multiple others orders were just sitting on the counter but we weren’t notified our order was ready. My toasted sub was cold. We get home and finish eating then I receive a notification from JJ that the 2 subs are ready for pickup almost an hour later. Never again JJ…I will advise others to steer clear of this company and their other LLCs. Also, $40 for 2 subs and subpar service is insane. Homemade is much better everybody, don’t waste your money with this business
