  We went in to get drinks because we haven’t had Jamba Juice since living in California and wanted to relive some great memories. Unfortunately, the service was awful. The manager who rang us up was extremely rude from the start. I asked to use my email for rewards, but she dismissed it, saying "it never works." I tried my phone number next, which also didn't go through, and instead of helping or offering to let us re-sign up, she just completed the transaction. To make matters worse, she didn't give us a receipt and kept my change. When I asked her for my change, she claimed it was "the Jamba Juice way." When I asked her if that was stealing, she literally said, "It is what it is." On top of that, our drinks took forever despite there only being two people ahead of us (who received their orders super fast). My partner and I were speaking Spanish, and based on how we were treated compared to everyone else, it genuinely felt like discrimination. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Jamba Juice.

  Dear Jamba Juice Team, I am writing to share my recent experience at your puyallup 39th st store. I truly enjoyed the customer service I received, and I appreciate the commitment to providing fresh, health-conscious options. However, I would like to share a concern regarding the consistency and flavor profile of my drink. I felt that the ratio of fresh frozen fruit to other ingredients was lower than expected for the price point. I found myself needing to purchase extra fruit add-ons to achieve the desired thickness and flavor intensity, as the drink felt somewhat watered down. Given the premium price, I was hoping for a more robust fruit flavor and a richer consistency. I value your brand and the service you provide, so I wanted to offer this feedback in hopes that it might help improve the experience for future customers.   Staff was really nice, but they really needed more staff. The place was busy and the wait was long. Store was messy. Only 2 people working. They did good. Hire more folks!
