I also noticed customers repeatedly asking for restroom codes, extra condiments, and other things, and the staff answered every question with patience and kindness despite how busy they were. The burgers were SO GOOD that we came back again on 05/09! Once again, the same crew was there providing excellent service. They truly deserve recognition—and a raise—for how friendly, patient, and professional they are. The atmosphere and level of service honestly make you feel like you’re at a sit-down restaurant rather than a fast-food establishment. Great food, amazing staff, and excellent customer service. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Besides that the environment was clean and all the staff were kind. But the lovely girl at the register was so inviting and kind she made sure to give plenty options and recommendations name on the receipt was under Sariyah J. she was the sweetest I’ll definitely be back! 😁

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
