  Been going here for quite a few times. I order almost the same thing when we go here. And I’ve never had a problem until recently. So when I order a burrito bowl, I always ask for half chicken and half steak. And with that I get charged for a full steak price which I’m aware of. With my recent visit, the person charged me an extra $6 stating that since I got two meats, its an extra charge. I never asked for an extra full portion, I asked for half and half and never been an issue until this time. Also, we’ve never complained when they put very little meat. Horrible service.

  I visited this location about three days ago and witnessed an interaction that left a very negative impression. I am not certain whether the individual was the manager or another employee in a leadership position, but she was speaking to staff in a way that came across as disrespectful and unnecessarily harsh. The restaurant was extremely busy at the time and there did not appear to be enough staff working to keep up with the demand. Employees were visibly overwhelmed and struggling just to keep up with orders, including wrapping burritos correctly under pressure. Instead of offering support or stepping in to help, the person in a leadership role was criticizing them in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch. No one performs their best in that kind of environment, especially when they are already understaffed and under pressure. The employees were clearly trying their best given the circumstances. As a customer, I understand that standards need to be maintained, but there is a difference between coaching employees and publicly belittling them. Anyone in a leadership position should be able to handle stress appropriately, step in when needed, and treat employees with respect while still maintaining expectations. Leadership sets the tone for the entire workplace, and what I witnessed did not reflect that standard. The food may not have been the issue that day, but the working conditions and management approach certainly were. I hope ownership takes a closer look at staffing levels and how employees are being supported during rush periods.

  We were getting our order taken by a younger gentleman and was rudely interrupted by a lady worker. She was extremely rude to her crew mate. You would expect them to act as a team , the gentleman even expressed his worry. Knowing the crew mates get treated this way, i’ll gladly take the business elsewhere.

  This is the fourth time my mom and I have tried to come eat here for dinner and our party has left either hungry or disappointed in how our money was spent. today, she ordered a quesadilla for herself online and I wanted to order a salad fresh in person to see what protein was still hot (most times we come there’s only one or two fresh protein options) and the only protein available was the honey chipotle chicken (within the next 5 minutes they said). there was no meat available to order at 6:55pm… and a line of customers to the door. luckily my mom got her chicken quesadilla today because the workers told us online orders get priority, which is fine if that’s their policy, but there was a line full of fresh food over there not being utilized for the hungry customers in store. plus, there were three girls at the register standing around and one guy making the chipotle chicken in the back. they also couldn’t give us a time frame for when steak or chicken would be ready for us either because they weren’t even making it. (most chipotle customers have probably heard “10-15 minutes” for fresh meat, and have happily waited, but all we got was “i don’t know … soon?”) the first time we came there was a bug in my lettuce. second time we came, no white rice, so we got brown and it was cold and hard, and the past two times there has been no meat :( super disappointed because only this chipotle location has ever given me these bad experiences. bonus: the girl telling everyone the food wasn’t ready rolled her eyes at every customer before us and the boy next to her was laughing as well!
