My son was last in line so I didn’t see his bowl but he mentioned it as we left. When I checked, the bowl was barely half full. I went back in and asked for more rice and beans, letting them know it was an extremely small portion and without apologizing or anything the guy scooped a small amount of each into a separate bowl and handed it to me with an attitude. I thanked him and left. We got to our hotel and as we started eating, all of us realized our food was room temperature. We go to chipotle a lot near our home and have never experienced this. The portions were small, the staff was rude and the food was on the cold side.

Rice is always soggy and bunched up and wet. And whoever cuts the vegetables- they have no clue what they’re doing. They leave the nastiest parts in there and stringy vegetables. And whoever serves it, what are you thinking?

I stand there and watch the crew clean waiting to be called up because I was being patient. A good five minutes goes by and still nobody spoke. So I walked out. Then the manager or whoever was sweeping said to me as I'm walking out to have a good day 😂 or maybe it was my fault for not walking up close enough?
