But today we were there to order a chicken + steak salad bowl and they only added maybe half a scoop of protein into our bowls. (Other places would do a full scoop and little more) I had to ask for a little more and when I did, she only added maybe like 5 pieces more. They even charged me more than what I usually pay for these bowls and I always get the same order.

They were not nice at all, and when they started adding our food they were so sloppy. Specifically a guy named Damien, would not drain any of the water from the beans, and would throw the corn on. When we asked to add a little bit more, they were unhappy about it. And don’t even get me started with how much protein they put! (Barely any) So disappointed with the customer service at this location. :(

- JHJoshua HwangAug 12, 20265.0This is what Chipotle is supposed to be. The Puyallup location consistently has the best employees, great portions, fresh food, and a clean restaurant. The staff is friendly, they actually listen to what you ask for, and the burritos are made properly instead of being rushed and falling apart. The ingredients always seem fresh and the portions actually feel worth what you’re paying. The difference between this location and the Gig Harbor Chipotle is honestly night and day. I’ve had repeated disappointing experiences in Gig Harbor with portions, quality, preparation, and customer service, while Puyallup consistently gets it right. Huge credit to the employees and management here. Whatever this team is doing, keep doing it. Easily my preferred Chipotle in the area and the location I’ll be going out of my way to visit from now on.
