  I thought i could down 20 wings and a burger but that smash burger was bigger than expected, good burger, great wings, powered through. What the heck are you doing asking for vegetarian options at a restaurant that specializes in chicken wings? Stop it, get help.

  Food was very dry. Normally have decent food but not on mother's day. Maybe a new cook not sure..but was not good could have made better at home

  We went for a late lunch May 1, 2:20ish. Sat in the bar. Practically empty. The server brought us drinks and took appetizer order. She was too busy talking to two folks at the bar to take our food order. We finally got our order in and the kitchen brought the appetizers. Our buffalo cheese dip was good, but the chips were tasteless, bland. We ordered 10 wings with dry rub and, like an earlier reviewer said, they were overcook and dried out. Not the first time we got overcooked, dried out wings. I think we're done with B-dubs.

  I’m extremely frustrated with my experience tonight at Buffalo Wild Wings. At around 11:00 PM, I placed an online order for pickup, and the system confirmed it would be ready in about 15 minutes. While my girlfriend and I were on the way, I checked the confirmation again and saw the pickup time was somehow set for 11:00 AM the next day. That is completely unacceptable and makes absolutely no sense. I called the store four separate times trying to fix this, and every single time I was placed on hold, then disconnected after about a minute. That is a terrible phone system and completely useless for customers who actually need help. When I finally got through, the employee I spoke with was polite and apologetic, but what she told me made things worse. She said this issue happens every single night and that they have reported it to corporate multiple times, and nothing has been done. If this is a known issue, why is it still happening? To make things even more frustrating, I was told I couldn’t get a refund until the next morning when the general manager arrives, and even then it wasn’t guaranteed. So now I’m left without food late at night because of a broken system that the company is fully aware of and refuses to fix. I’m giving 2 stars only because the employee I spoke with handled the situation professionally and showed genuine compassion. Everything else about this experience, from the ordering system to customer support, was a complete failure.

  The young lady who served us. Provided some of the worst service I ever received. I would have said nothing and let it slide. As I tipped her well for just the hard line of work she is in. Yet, not only was she rude to my wife and my guest. She didn’t offer any refills, see if we wanted any more drinks. Didn’t check up on us, and left us alone. I do not blame the location as every other time it has been wonderful, but if I see that server again, I’m asking for a different one. The reason I couldn’t let this go, and still have half a mind to go and talk to management about taking all my tip back after this. The bill was 118 and some change before tax. After tax it came out to 130.40. Even though the bill said tip was graded before tax. I decided to make the bill an even 160 despite the service. Tipping 29.60, but for some reason I see the charge on my card pending as 168.55 meaning the server took an additional 8.55 for what? The service was not great. I’ve been known to even tip half my bill in the past for great service. The Breana girl I believe her name was, was absolutely terrible. Avoid her at all cost!
