The self-checkout lady was rude and unnecessarily argumentative with me when I was getting alcohol for an uber eats order. I'm tired of being treated like shit for just delivering. I am an emt for my day job and this is my side job. It's important to remember that people come from all walks of life and aren't incompetent.

Honestly most of the time this place is fine. But on May 8, (going with her first initial not name) B was a bit stressed at the self checkout area. Idc how many times people make the same mistake when checking out produce. Its not my fault that it happens, and having her berate me because I accidently clicked the wrong button was beyond unprofessional and "didn't take my time, like everyone should slow down" was a direct qoute from her to me. Look i get it some stuff fell on the ground from another guest and she may of felt stressed about the situation and tried to provide a clean area to work. But upon me requesting assistance over a key that you guys have on your system even though that item doesnt exist in store wasn't because I was quick. But because of the confusion on which button I needed to choose. Prior to this( and its an understandable situation) she was on her hands and knees gathering up the cherry tomatoes that fell all over the ground. Proceeds to comes over and handles my food with those same hands. She was being rather sarcastic to tell me to scan the barcode on said limes. Not all the limes had a sticker so it was easier to just search with the name. She proceeds to touch my food with her bare hands in the store and her snarky response to me stating "I dont like touching my food in public areas, I use the bag and scoop them in". Her thinking shes being Smart response with " how do you prepare your food at home" at which i rebuttal with "i wash my hands first." I would of been fine and would of let it pass if she wouldn't of tried lying to my face about how her hands were clean... really? Clean? After being on the floor with her palms flat against the floor. No handsanitizer after? I wash my produce as best i can but I dont like to use dish soap on said produce. I work in food industry, so its a habit to not touch bare food with hands that have touched a lot of things. That whole experience really rubbed me wrong. If shes getting stressed out over that and thinks its appropriate to chastised me and assuming that I "needed to slow down" versus, me getting confused and picking the wrong selection. Like its your job to help correct those problems why are you getting frustrated with me directly... 🙃 Idk pretty shitty experience today

I don't regulate here, but the service is good and the employees always ensure they do a good job. I was here on April 25th after leaving an event just west of this location and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. I'll make sure this is my home Albertsons even if there's one on Pacific and Military.

Last time I’ll go here. The lady at self checkout kept arguing with everyone and saying other people that work there don’t know what they’re talking about. My mom warned me about her before I went in there. She was 100% correct. Absolutely the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. Orally unacceptable.
