  I am doing my first review just to say how amazing these cheese sticks and service were! I believe his name is Corbin? He makes AWESOME cheese sticks, reminds me of pizza hut from long ago, and the little server Mia, she was so funny and kind and even let me dine in just to eat my free cheese sticks from rewards! Will come back, highly recommend - keep this up Pullman pizza hut

  I have ordered delivery twice in the last two months. The first time I called after 2 hours and was told it was just getting finished cooking. Tonight it has also been two hours and my food was delivered to someone else. I was told i can’t get a refund and I can only have it remade or get store credit. It’ll be more than 3 hours from order to delivery if my food is actually delivered this time.

  Soloman and Trinity are the best there they're so nice!!! I wanted to update this by saying mia is an angel and so incredibly kind. My friend and I both stopped by to order some food and mia was incredibly patient with me, I'm autistic and sometimes I get overstimulated and she was incredibly nice. When she found out I'm allergic to certain foods she also came and asked me what they were so it didn't get cross contaminated, over all she was super nice and I'm very grateful for her and her kindness

  The quality is just never there. Food is burnt every time I give them another try and they mess it up something up somehow. They charge a lot for what they put out.

  So, I grabbed a big new Yorker today... they are usually cut into 6 pieces. I had 2 tiny pieces, 2 medium pieces and 2 HUGE pieces.....then as I bit in I noticed how dry it was....there is literally NO pizza sauce on the whole pie. This is after I arrived being one of the only orders on screen and told I needed to wait an additional 20 minutes, because they hadnt yet started my pizza and it was in excess of 20 minutes AFTER I ordered. I could blame a busy night but it was clearly anything but busy. One employee was on break, one was working, neither had any hustle at all. This was an overall very bad experience.
