  As a customer and a Dasher you never know if your pizza will be overcooked burnt looking or turn out like the pics there is definitely a staffing issue 1 - 3 people no sense of urgency that is if they notice you at all most are nice but you know they are doing multi tasking at it's worst this store has issues please fix don't want to lose pizza hut or go elsewhere

  Worst pizza I have ever experienced. Usually pretty good, but wow, terrible. It looked like a Frisbee golf disc. Some pieces were bare. Repulsive

  Ordered a single 3 topping large pizza for delivery. An hour plus goes by, nothing at the door. I call in and they immediately hangup on me. I call again and the employee acknowledges they hung up on me and immediately puts me on hold. We ask about the pizza and he says it's delivered. Check the front porch and it is sitting on a chair at the end of the property. No knock, no call or text, nothing. Pizza is completely cold by then. Guy on phone doesn't offer a replacement, refund, barely an apology. Just says "There is heating instructions on the box". I didnt pay for delivery and tip the driver to get cold pizza and told to screw off essentially. Insanely unprofessional, will not be ordering anything again.

  I am doing my first review just to say how amazing these cheese sticks and service were! I believe his name is Corbin? He makes AWESOME cheese sticks, reminds me of pizza hut from long ago, and the little server Mia, she was so funny and kind and even let me dine in just to eat my free cheese sticks from rewards! Will come back, highly recommend - keep this up Pullman pizza hut

  I have ordered delivery twice in the last two months. The first time I called after 2 hours and was told it was just getting finished cooking. Tonight it has also been two hours and my food was delivered to someone else. I was told i can’t get a refund and I can only have it remade or get store credit. It’ll be more than 3 hours from order to delivery if my food is actually delivered this time.
