  I've gone here countless times in the past 6 months and they get my order wrong more often than it's right and I order through the app 95% of the time. I probably spend 1,000 as month there with my family and they give me a damn Coke Zero al.ost Everytime I order a Coke. It's not that difficult to get an order right that came in from an app. I have gone back to the Manager too many times to count. I'm sick of asking for them to replace the meal, fix the meal, fix the drink... Most of the time we're home before we realize what's wrong and I don't want to drive back. Just poor quality of workers.

  I got legally scammed last night. Around 8 pm last night I had an online order of 2 cheeseburgers and 2 mcchickens as I just wanted to cash in on a buy one get one for a dollar deal. However after placing my online order and getting my food the staff missed my 2 mcchickens and did not give it to me on an order. Since I had ordered through my friends app as he and I placed our orders together on one mobile order app we drove back to get my 2 mcchickens. However when we got there a young man white male, early 30s with a long blond pony tail and a black Covid mask claimed he was the manager and despite having a pic of our orders together, the drive thru code, and a receipt of purchase on Venmo he was very adamant that I could not get my 2 mcchickens at all I was also not even eligible for a refund. So I paid 9.78$ last night and only received 2 regular cheeseburgers and 0 mcchickens. I was literally legally scammed last night and the fact I wasn’t even offered a refund for food I PAID for and never RECIEVED, is literally bogus and makes me call out the manager for being a square and claiming there is a 2% failure rate. Lucky me I was able to be apart ot that 2% and I still demand the two mcchicken legally owed to me since you took my US legal tender without giving me the food I paid for or a refund for the money I spent at this “establishment”.

  The employees need to wake up this morning. I ordered one sandwich and it had no sausage patty. They weren't even busy. They offered a new sandwich if I left work to come pick it up lol.
