  I stopped and ate there today with my wife. Place was filthy, the kid at the cash register had a terrible attitude forgot my wife's ice cream, no ice in pop machine and when the guy at the counter put ice in it wasn't enough to fill the customers cups. So our drinks were warm. Very unmotivated staff overall. I would never recommend this place. I try to find something positive when writing a review but there just isn't anything. I would give negative stars if possible for this place.

  Today at 4:13pm we went to Dairy Queen to get something to eat and cool off due to moving up here. We went in and ordered our food the guy at the front counter not only was completely dirty, had overgrown nails, and had the worst attitude and was horrible at customer service. When we told him we ordered two of the medium oreo reeses blizzards and he made a mistake and made 2 oreo blizzards instead. He threw them at the garbage and was talking crap and we could hear him the whole time. As a cook at a restaurant if you make a mistake you apologize and make it right not throw attitude or make the customer feel guilty for asking for what they ordered. We will never be coming back here again EVER!!!!

  I had tried to give them a second and even third chance, but it's kind of ridiculous to be waiting almost 1 hour while every order that comes in gets theirs first. I had made a mobile order and waited 50 minutes past the pickup time. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they did have tons of people in the lobby, however I had watched as orders that were made after mine were handed out and I had heard nothing. I had talked to 2 different people, and still had not recieved it. only after being asked after the rush of everyone in the lobby had my order even touched the grill and fryers. I waited another 10 minutes and after all of that, I had gotten the wrong sandwich with cold food. The only benefit I can confidently give is the genuine try to make things right. The shift lead had apologized and did make at least my sandwich fresh. Quite literally the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
