I ordered 3 chicken thighs and they said they were out so they were going to switch them for drums. Then we got our order and didn’t get a famous bowl and the chicken thighs, when I went to the counter I waited for 5 or 6 minutes with people looking at me and turning around and walking away. The staff tried arguing with me about what they said they were out of. The lobby was dirty, staff was rude, there were no napkins in the whole store. Hands down the worsts experience ever. Drug test the whole crew.
