That was her response to either the driver of the adjacent car or a passenger in the vehicle that were filming her. It’s caught on video. That was not her first time using that word, she just got caught.

Just check your receipt next time to see if you were overcharged. Prices shown in-store often don’t match what rings up, and the explanation is always buried in fine print or requires multiple clicks in the app to uncover. Even worse, it regularly takes multiple employees to sort it out at the register, slowing everything down. Which is unfortunate for the employees. It’s not their fault but they have to deal with it. If you’re going to run digital promotions, they need to be clear, easy to access, and match what customers see in the store. Right now, it’s not just confusing, It’s deceptive. That’s what bothers me most. There are too many other good options out there that are not deceptive.
