  I ordered and paid for an order with the mobile app. When we went to pick it up at the drive through, they tried to charge us again saying it wasnt paid for. When we showed them the email receipt, they then said the order wasn't in their system even though the amount they wanted us to pay was exactly the same as the amount on our receipt. We parked and went iside and after nearly 40 minutes of being ignored at the counter, they told us they were closing (a full hour before the posted hours) and couldn't help us. I'll never go there again.

  Not sure who is running your evening crew but the service last night was awful and the food has been awful. We got a very undercooked burger and the staff was not engaging, not friendly, the wait was ridiculous for a fast food restaurant, and nobody seemed to have a sense of urgency or care. I tried to find the regional managers number and once I find the receipt I'll be filing a complaint there as well.

  McDonald's offers a good variety of foods, but I think the best bargain is their simple cheeseburger, which is inexpensive, tasty and goes great with root beer.

  I ordered a breakfast sandwich yesterday. I was weeping and overwhelmed. I was a dollar short. Josie, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and seen. She didn't kick me out or even look at all uncomfortable that I was losing my cool and sobbing. That sweet person paid for my sandwich, gave me a smile and reassured me that everything was okay, that I was okay. This was so compassionate. I needed someone to see me and be kind. Josie did just that. Thank you for being the person that helped me survive another day, with simple kindness. She went above and beyond her duties at McDonald's. Thank you Josie.

  The staff at this location is actually a lot better than the one in Sequim. They are nice almost all the time and you can tell they actually care about the service. However, the biggest issue is that this is no longer a 'cheap meal.' ​It gets very expensive very quickly—a family of four can easily spend upwards of $100 here. It’s reached a point where it’s not even fast food pricing anymore, and let’s be honest, it’s not exactly nutritious food. You’re paying $20+ per person for food that isn't the greatest; I’ve heard even their CEO doesn't want to eat it. If you’re going to stop for McDonald’s, this is a good one for the service, but be prepared for the sticker shock at the window.
