- CFCourtney Fedor3 days ago2.0Yesterday I stopped by the Deli department. There where 2 employees at the counter. A young man that was helping a customer & an older lady that came from the back that looked straight at some food left on a counter, not bothering to look up for customers. The young man was wearing a hat but the lady just had her hair in a ponytail, no hair net or hat. As I was ready to order, I waited a few moments as I noticed they were talking. When the conversation seized, I politely said hello, to which the young man greeted me as the lady gave me an annoyed glare with no response & walked away. I had great customer service from the young man but a simple greeting or acknowledgement from this lady was like pulling teeth. I myself have worked customer service & I know how much a simple greeting can effect a customer & business. The young man is the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

The people in the deli are great and every interaction with the pharmacy crew is always great. Couple of the other guys love telling my kids when Pokémon packs are available in the machine. I don't know what it is this store's management is doing but other stores should look to imitate.
