Thanks again for taking care of the missing order — the refund and remake were handled really well. I wanted to flag the bigger issue honestly: the DoorDash handoff is the weak link, and it's the kind of thing that costs you repeat customers even when your team does everything right. If there's a way to push that feedback up to corporate or your DoorDash account rep, it'd carry more weight from you than from me.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really hope management sees this and figures out who was working on October 1st around 7:30 PM, because this employee deserves some serious recognition. We ordered from the Mile Hill Pizza Hut in Port Orchard, and there was ONE guy working. Apparently everyone else had called out, and this man still showed up and was basically running the place by himself. When my husband went in around 7:30 to pick up our order, there were about five DoorDash drivers waiting, orders coming in, and one dasher who would not leave this poor guy alone. Meanwhile, he just kept going—busting out order after order and doing everything he could to keep up with a situation that would have overwhelmed just about anyone. And somehow, our food still came out HOT. This guy was an absolute GOAT. 😂 Seriously. He could have been frustrated, rude, or just given up—and honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him—but instead he showed up, worked his butt off, and kept that store moving. Pizza Hut, please figure out who was working the Mile Hill location on October 1st around 7:30 PM and give this man the recognition he deserves. Employees who show that kind of commitment when they’re completely understaffed are the ones you take care of. To the guy working that night: WE SAW YOU. You were killing it. Thank you for showing up and doing your best in an absolutely ridiculous situation. 👏👏👏 Five stars for him. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
