This is the best Chipotle experience we have had in a while. All of the staff were super friendly and had great customer service. They kept the dining room very nice and clean. The food was great not overly spicy. And the music was not too loud. It was a great experience!

This is the most delicious and best Chapotle I've ever had. The food is incredibly delicious. The staff is simply wonderful, very kind, responsive, and caring. They're also very positive. 🫶🏻😍

Shoutout to Noune, Nate, and Colin at Chipotle. Every time I come in they’ve all got great attitudes, solid customer service, and keep the place running smoothly even when it’s busy. Super friendly crew and they always make the experience better. Appreciate you guys!

I’m writing this because the food handling at this Chipotle location has become a consistent problem, especially after 6 PM. I ordered fajita veggies from the “veggies” section, and once again they served raw, uncooked onions and peppers instead of properly cooked fajita vegetables. This wasn’t a small mistake — this has happened to me 3–4 times, always around the same evening time window.
At this point, it’s clear this is a habit, not an accident. The evening crew is repeatedly using raw vegetables in place of cooked fajita veggies, which is not only misleading but also raises serious food‑safety concerns. Raw onions and peppers sitting out or being handled improperly can absolutely become a health hazard, and the pattern here shows a lack of proper training or oversight.
For a restaurant that serves high‑volume takeout dinners, this is unacceptable. I will be filing an official complaint with the Clallam County Health Department regarding improper food practices and potential health‑safety violations. Customers deserve food that is prepared correctly and safely — not shortcuts and unsafe handling.
Very bad food quality and extremely poor standards at this location during the evening shift.
