  Man talk and great food great service. I don’t know about yours but Olivia and the Pizza Hut in Pasco, WA on Court St. makes you feel so at home.

  SUPER PROLONGED CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT TOOK 50 MINUTES TO GET MY PIZZA. THEY WEREN’T EVEN BUSY! IF I COULD GIVE SERVICE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW I WOULD. My dad, my sister and I went to order 1 large pizza. When we ordered the guy who took our order told us to wait 20 minutes. So we went to the car and came back only to tell us that they had forgotten our order, so we went back and waited another 15 minutes. But when we went to pick it up they told us the same thing so we waited one last time and they finally gave us our pizza. It took 45 minutes for just 1 large pizza. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HOWEVER THE FOOD WAS GOOD SINCE I WAS SO HUNGRY FROM WAITING ALL THAT TIME.

  Ordered online waited an extra 20 minutes after the time it was expected to be done which I understand things can happen but when I get home and live 20 minutes away and have to finish cooking my pizza at home because its still doughey in the middle and then just wanted some understanding from staff instead got a rude manager who didn't wanna make it right just wanted to make excuses I'll never go back ever and maybe the uppers need to look at their management and how they treat their customers because looking at other reviews this seems to be a problem.

  Went in a little after 8:45pm and they told me dining in wasn’t available. They should be disclosing what time they close dining in.
