    Got there at 9:50, and the employee yapped for ten minutes with only one car in line just so they could tell us they couldn’t make our drinks cause they closed. And when we drove up at 10 after waiting in line. They said they’re closed. Absolutely lazy employees. Just goto Kennewick where it’s better

    Well, this was a first. I watched a man with a physical disability get bounced from the drive-thru line, to the walk-up window, to absolutely nowhere — because apparently your walk-up window is "too dangerous" to use anymore. Cool policy. Did anyone think to tell him where he was supposed to order? No? Cool. So I did the job your staff couldn't be bothered to do and offered to order his drink through the drive-thru. The employee at the window was thrilled about this, obviously — I got attitude for the crime of not wanting a man to leave empty-handed. She informed me she'd take his order once I "drove off." Bold of her to assume I wasn't going to sit right there and watch it happen. I waited. He got his drink. I left. Not exactly the customer service showcase I'd expect from a company that puts smiley faces on everything. Genuinely, figure out an actual plan for customers who can't use the drive-thru, because right now the plan seems to be "shrug and let a paying customer wander off." Do better.

    Why would a coffee shop located in a hotel dense area remove the walk up counter? Oh well coffee truck across the street is even better!!

    I am a frequent Dutch Bros drinker daily, I go to every stand in Tri-cities. When I come to this stand it’s not always up to par. Today the customer service was not good. The person who approached my car did not have good customer service. Because of the interaction I decided to not place an order. I will happily take my business to another Dutch or a different coffee shop altogether.
