  When you’ve been on the road all day, Google says you’re open until 11:00 PM, the Pizza Hut app says 11:00 PM, your website says 11:00 PM, and the sign on the door says 11:00 PM…you don’t expect to walk in at 9:40 PM and be told, “We’ve already cleaned everything up, and we’re not accepting any more customers because we close at 10:00.” That is incredibly disappointing customer service. If the dining room actually stops serving at 10:00 PM—or even earlier: Please Make That Clear. Update Google, the Pizza Hut app, your website, and the sign on your door to say something like, “Dining room service ends at 10:00 PM.” The Omak Pizza Hut has always been one of the better Pizza Huts, which is exactly why this was such a letdown. After driving all day, we were looking forward to dinner, only to be turned away over 20 minutes before the posted closing time because everything had already been cleaned. So what is the actual cutoff? 9:40? 9:30? 9:20? Customers shouldn’t have to guess. If your posted hours say you’re open until 11:00 PM, customers should reasonably expect to be able to order food well before then, not be turned away because closing procedures started early.

  La pizza estuvo excelente: gran sabor, buen precio y nos la llevaron a la mesa en apenas 14 minutos. En ese aspecto, no tengo ninguna queja. Sin embargo, le doy una estrella debido a la experiencia de servicio. No habían pasado ni 10 minutos desde que recibimos nuestra pizza cuando nos llevaron dos cajas para llevar y la cuenta. Honestamente, nos hizo sentir que nos estaban apresurando para terminar de comer, pagar e irnos. Desconozco si esta es una política del establecimiento, pero como cliente no me agradó en absoluto. Cuando uno sale a comer, también busca disfrutar el momento sin sentirse presionado. Mi recomendación es que reconsideren esta forma de atención y busquen una estrategia más amigable para tratar a sus clientes. Una excelente comida puede verse opacada por una experiencia de servicio que hace sentir a las personas apresuradas e incómodas.
