  Ordered the meal deal chicken sandwich for 7.99 and the big French dip we both ended up with food poisoning not happy it was take out so I'm done and it was my favorite place to go

  As of march 25 2026 Omak Cronicle newspaper delivered coupons for your establishment. I took one of the coupons to your business and the workers refused to use it. I was told by your supervisor that the coupon does not work at your business and told me go to Spokane to use the coupons. Why would Omak put those worthless coupons in their paper? My spicy chicken sandwich had so much sauce in it was dripping out of the outside wrapping could not eat it. Never in my times of ordering your spicy chicken sandwich that ever happened. When I questioned about the coupons that’s when I got bad food. The other gal that took my order was rude. Been coming here for 20 years nerve happen before. I guess the coupons we get in the town paper are no good so why do we get them here than?

  Building outdated, service was slow, workers looked worn down, manager is not very bright. Food was actually pretty good though! But it is overpriced for what you get sometimes the frys are cold and old looking they may need to change there oil more often. 4/5 food 2/5 service 1/5 building No complaints to the minimum wage workers just doing their best.
